Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS? - All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. - 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 days of payment. - We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)? Household accessories and most jewelry items should be received within 14 – 25 days of your order date. For other specialty and giveaway items, please allow up to 4 weeks delivery time as they may be shipping from other countries. International orders shipped to Canada and other non-US countries might take longer, depending on the country they are shipping from. Orders shipped from within the US take between 7 and 12 days to be delivered within the US.

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM? Although our main fulfillment house is located in the US, many of our specialty items are located in other countries such as UK, China, Hong Kong and Singapore. All custom merchandise (Tshirts, mugs, tank tops) are printed and shipped from US-based suppliers.
WHY AM I SEEING 2 OR MORE SHIPPING NOTIFICATIONS? We update tracking numbers manually in different systems at different times. For instance, if you've made your purchase via PayPal, you might see shipping/tracking notification in addition to the one you received a few days earlier.
WHY DIDN’T I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER? In some cases, In order to avoid passing on unnecessary costs to our customers, some of our products ship without a tracking number. However, all our orders are 100% guaranteed to be delivered. So if for some reason you don’t see your order within the time frame specified for your country, let us know and we’ll get to the bottom of it immediately.

WHY IS MY TRACKING NUMBER INVALID? When shipping items from international suppliers, it takes up to 5 days for the tracking numbers to show up as valid in the USPS system.
